If you are a parent seeking help for your child, please be sure to check out the ChildHealingHeart

Getting some help for your child may seem scary or intimidating; please know this is not a reflection of you as a “bad” parent. Just as it takes courage to admit that as adults we sometimes need help, it takes the same strength to seek assistance for our children.  By giving your child this opportunity to receive some help, you are facilitating their growth and future.

If you’re in a relationship and seeking couples therapy, please check out CouplesHealingHeart

As a therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating.  While we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.  By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

If you’re looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you’re just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.

Please call or email me for an individual, couples, or family therapy consultation today.

What does it mean to see a therapist?

Psychotherapy can help you work through problems in relationships, at work, or with feelings of unhappiness or not being good enough.

If you find yourself struggling with sadness or feeling stuck, we can work together to get you moving in your “right” direction.

We might work together to heal old wounds left over from childhood or explore what it is that you want or need in your life now, and how to make that happen.

It can take courage to admit that we sometimes need help, but nobody does everything on their own!

You’ve taken the first steps by reading this!

Contact me and we can discuss how I might be able to help.  I work with adults, families, and children/teens.

  • Are you struggling with sadness?
  • Unhappy in your current life situation?
  • Do you feel stuck?
  • Want to make some changes?

If you’ve answered “yes” to any of these questions, therapy may be able to help.  Therapy can help you figure it all out!

We all have the power and ability to make positive changes in our lives to grow and learn.  Sometimes we just need some help in finding our strengths to do so.

Together we can explore your goals, engage your personal potential, and find your own unique solutions to the challenges you face.  We’ll discover ways for you to go beyond just surviving and into thriving.
